Mode of production: fermentation in concrete tanks. Aged in karases for 24 months, not toasted barrels of 1 100 L from French oak Allier.
Tasting notes: wine of ruby-red color. Complex aromas dominated with berry notes cherry, sour cherry, strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, touch of red fruits, light wood, spices. Strong, full-bodied on the palate with rich velvety tannins and nice creamy-vanilla aftertaste.
Gastronomy: combines with assorted meat and cold meat appetizers, with game, with complex meat dishes with sauces.
