Blend: Malbec 70%, Petit Verdot 15%, Cabernet Franc 15%
Mode of production: grapes are subjected to the cold maceration. Fermentation is carried out at 26-28ºC for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation is realized in tanks.
Tasting notes: wine is rich ruby-pomegranate color. The taste is full, structured and at the same time spicy, with soft tannins and pleasant freshness. Aftertaste of average duration.
Gastronomy: combines with assorted meat and cold meat appetizers, with complex meat dishes with sauces, with lean meat and poultry, with grilled or barbecued meat.
