Karas Extra Brut White

Blend: Chardonnay, Colombard, Folle Blanche, Kangun

Mode of production: after a cool 24 hour decantation process, the juice is fermented at 14-16ºC for 20 days. The second fermentation is carried out in special pressure tanks for 30 days.

Tasting notes: wine has a light yellow color with delicate and elegant bubbles displaying citric and fresh aromas with some notes of toast bread.

Gastronomy: combines with oysters, with sliced fish and cold fish appetizers, with cold appetizers and seafood salads.
