Blend: Areni 50%, Sireni (Kndoghni) 50%
Mode of production: cold maceration. 20 day fermentation at 28 °С. Aged in Kharabakh oak barrels for 18 months, additional bottle aging for 6 months.
Tasting notes: wine has rich cherry-red color. On the nose – brightly expressed notes of ripe red berries: strawberry, blackcurrant. Full-bodied on the palate, well structured, with notes of blackcurrant, blueberry, touch of sour cherry. Medium-long aftertaste with tannins.
Gastronomy: combines with grilled or barbecued meat, with complex meat dishes with sauces.
