Mode of production: grape selection before processing, cold maceration, MLF. Aged in French oak for 6 months.
Tasting notes: wine of ruby-red color with cherry hue. Clear and expressed on the nose, with notes of red currant, ripe plum, freshly picked grapes. Aromas continue in flavors as well with berry notes – black currant, sour cherry, fresh red grape. Prolonged berry aftertaste.
Gastronomy: combines with grilled or barbecued meat, with assorted meat and cold meat appetizers, with complex meat dishes with sauces.
