Mode of production: fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Bottle aging for 8 months before market release.
Tasting notes: wine has golden-straw color. Ripe southern and citrus fruits dominant on the nose. Fresh with continued fruit notes on the palate: ripe apple, white cherry and citrus nuances. Well-structured with nice acidity in the finish.
Gastronomy: combines with sliced fish and cold fish appetizers, with seafood salads, with oysters, with steamed fish.
